Warriors Wrath

A game of fierce competition between all players to prove yourself the most worthy warrior in Lirennor. Battle after battle you will gain ever closer to victory.


Story:

Lirennor has seen many warriors come and go in this time of wild and chaotic anarchy. Fighters from all over have come to prove their worth with no consequences in the battle grounds of this forgotten land. Now it's your turn to prove your worth in the eyes of the people. Take your chances, sharpen your weapons and charge head on into the metal clashing pits of Lirennor.

 

Objectives:

  • Be the first player to reach 10 points.
  • Optional: Highest points within a set period of time. If it's a draw those players immediately battle it out.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-6 players
  • Character Points Tracker + Markers (Found in Resources)

 

Mechanics:

 

— Definitions:

  • Winning a battle:
  • Enemies: Doing more damage to them than they did to you.
  • Players: Being responsible for taking another player’s health down to zero, be it through standard battling, redirecting attacks or any other method during the battle you both are in, as well as inflicting damage with a trap card.

 

-- Set Up:

  • Choose any hero.
  • Each player can start on any waymarker or Inn. Only one per location.
  • Start with 15 coin, your characters starting equipment and any three class scrolls that you choose.
  • Set up the Character Board Tracker with a marker for each character off the board on zero.
  • Optional: Select only the tiles you wish to include. The smaller the map the more competitive it becomes. Minimum tiles to the number of players. 

 

-- Character Tracker Board:

  • Each player starts on zero.
  • Each time you win a battle you gain points in the following way:
  • Woods Enemy: 1 point
  • Rocks Enemy: 2 points
  • Players: 3 points
  • The first player to reach 10 points wins the game. You can customise this number to tweak the difficulty.

 

-- Dying/Respawning

  • If you die you respawn immediately with full health on any waymarker or Inn of a tile that has no other players on. You do not interact with the step.
  • You will lose points by being killed by enemies or players in the same way:
  • Woods Enemy: 1 point
  • Rocks Enemy: 2 points
  • Players: 3 points
